Shipping And Handling

All prices include delivery. A considerable discount is available if you collect your order from the farm. Please phone for details. Feeders and accessories can only be delivered with seed orders

Delivery Schedule

We aim to dispatch goods ordered online before 11am (by telephone 1pm) the same working day (Monday-Friday) by our next working day delivery service. Therefore goods ordered on Monday morning should arrive on Tuesday. Goods ordered on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday for a Tuesday delivery. Live food usually takes 2 - 3 working days from ordering.

Delivery Area Restrictions

We are unfortunately unable to deliver to the following post code areas without substantial extra delivery cost: AB31-36, AB40-56, IV1-32, IV36-49, IV51-56 and 63, KW1-17, PA12-38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH4-44, PH49-50, BT, ZE and IM. If you live in one of these areas, but work in an area not affected, then we can always deliver to an alternative address.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
