Shipping and Handling

All prices include delivery. A considerable discount is available if you collect your order from the farm. Please phone for details.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to dispatch goods ordered online before 2pm (by telephone 3pm) the same working day (Monday-Friday) by our next working day delivery service. Therefore goods ordered on Monday morning should arrive on Tuesday. Goods ordered on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday for a Tuesday delivery. Our couriers do not deliver on weekends therefore orders placed after 3pm on Thursday with be delivered Monday.

Live food usually takes 2 - 3 working days from ordering. Please be aware that although we use a next working day delivery service orders are not guaranteed to be delivered next day and occasionally may take a little longer due to reasons beyond our control.

Delivery Area Restrictions

New extended delivery area

We now deliver to all of mainland UK and Northern Ireland without an extra delivery charge. For deliveries outside of these areas a £10 charge will be applied. Postcode areas affected include HS, IV41 – IV49, IV51, IV55 and IV56, KA27 and KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH42 to PH44, ZE, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands.

The Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly will be a 48-72 hour delivery service.

We do not deliver to Europe or the rest of the World.
