Orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched via DHL on a no signature delivery service; simply advise us where to leave your bags. We don't deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Some orders less than 1kg in weight will come by Royal Mail.
Orders for Live Mealworms are sent directly from our supplier via Royal Mail. They are dispatched the same day if orders are received by 12pm Mon-Thurs; no orders are dispatched on a Friday. Please allow four working days for orders to arrive.

We now deliver to all of mainland UK with no extra delivery charge. Please note that some postcode areas that are classed as Scottish Islands and Highlands may take 2-3 working days to arrive. For deliveries outside of these areas a £10 charge will be applied. The birds were confused at first but the clever ones have discovered how to use it! The squirrels and starlings are very cross with it!

Sadly, while keeping out the squirrels the cage does not keep out the parakeets - but in all other respects it is great.

We bought the cage feeder suitable for fat blocks but it will also take fat balls and rolls. The small birds took to it quickly and the jackdaws have yet to find any way of getting to the food. The entry flap to the holder is a finer mesh preventing larger birds access from above. Refilling the feeder is a little fiddly hence 4 stars instead of 5.

Excellent feeder for live mealworms. Though I usually put them in a separate pot in the container. By getting closer and closer to the feeder the Robins are now feeding from my hand.

Perfect for the job. I had a problem with pigeons and crows scaring off the smaller visitors. This has worked wonders, I also bought a ground feeding tray to go inside. It took a while, but I am see a lot more visits by Robins and Blackbirds. Comes with pegs to secure it to the lawn.

I bought this caged fatball feeder with the hope of thwarting a squadron of magpies which had discovered my old feeder. I'd say it works in that respect. It's clear the magpies have had no success in robbing the feeder, they are reduced to hoovering up crumbs dropped on the ground. I put 3 fatballs in a week ago and there are still one and a bit left. I've seen a few blue tits inside the cage but nothing else. The chaffinches don't seem to have worked it out yet. I was hoping the spotted woodpeckers would be able to get to the fatballs but there's been no sign of them so far.
