Orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched via DHL on a no signature delivery service; simply advise us where to leave your bags. We don't deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Some orders less than 1kg in weight will come by Royal Mail.
Orders for Live Mealworms are sent directly from our supplier via Royal Mail. They are dispatched the same day if orders are received by 12pm Mon-Thurs; no orders are dispatched on a Friday. Please allow four working days for orders to arrive.

We now deliver to all of mainland UK with no extra delivery charge. Please note that some postcode areas that are classed as Scottish Islands and Highlands may take 2-3 working days to arrive. For deliveries outside of these areas a £10 charge will be applied. Postcode areas affected include HS, IV41 – IV49, IV51, IV55 and IV56, KA27 and KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH42 to PH44, ZE, Isle of Man
We are unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands.

Well made and pretty robust. No instructions for assembly, but is easy to assemble. One warning. The upright comes in 3 sections which screw together with screwed bolts inserted in one end. One of these had insufficient thread to securely attach to the next section, but I worked out that the bolts can be unscrewed (with a bit of ingenuity) so that more thread is exposed. Other than that, it has done the job well for a couple of weeks, and seems solid enough.

Fitted easily into the place I wanted it to go. Survived the 60 mph wind. Haven't been able to work out how the attachments fit but I don't really need them. Birds have found the new location of the feeder.

Excellent product. The customer service from Vine House Farm was just brilliant. The first one supplied had a problem and I spoke to the team, sent a photo and the following day a replacement was delivered. Amazing service! It is easy to assemble and I am delighted with the product.

I just love this feeder station, the ordering and delivery service were up to the usual standard from Vine House Farm. I have put my feeder where I can watch the birds at all meal times and it is a joy to watch the birds enjoy the food. Thank you.

It must be popular as when I ordered it was out of stock and was but on a back order. When It arrived with Vine House Farm usual efficency it was no problem to put. It is now well used by the birds and I am well satisfied.
