Some orders less than 1kg in weight will come by Royal Mail.
Orders for Live Mealworms are sent directly from our supplier via Royal Mail. They are dispatched the same day if orders are received by 12pm Mon-Thurs; no orders are dispatched on a Friday. Please allow four working days for orders to arrive.

We now deliver to all of mainland UK with no extra delivery charge. Please note that some postcode areas that are classed as Scottish Islands and Highlands may take 2-3 working days to arrive. For deliveries outside of these areas a £10 charge will be applied. I bought this feeder because the sparrows and blue tits in my garden were not getting a fair chance at the seed. It took a couple of days for them to work out what to do but now they are feeding happily when the large feeder is empty. It is very easy to wash too and I am very pleased with this item.

I found this works so well that I have bought two. Small birds took to using it in less than 24 hours and at feeding times they are constantly flying back and forth to feed from it. Larger birds such as corvids cannot hold on to it so that the smaller birds are no longer pushed out of the way. Starlings can only hang on for a couple of seconds. I followed the tip about rubbing candle wax on the surfaces that touch when opening the top, to make it easier to open. After washing the feeder once in warm soapy water I found it opened without further difficulty.

Ideal for the smaller birds and avoids some of the larger birds monopolising the bird feeders. Very pleased with my purchase and with the excellent service from Vine House Farm.

Great feeder, small birds love it. Larger birds can't use it. No waste, easy to clean and fill. Second one for me. A little water gets in through loop hole at top, but glue inside and out stops that. Great buy, great service.

Very good quality, simple to take apart & clean, goldfinches & variety of tits love it, Sparrows find it a bit tricky to use. It keeps seeds dry in all but the very wettest weather Cumbria can throw at it. The only reason I haven’t given it 5 stars is that the starlings seem to be able to use it as well, & I bought it to try & stop them dominating the seeds over the smaller birds! Apart from that it is a very good feeder.

The feeders are sturdy and look good on the tree branches. I am pleased that I will be able to take them apart to clean thoroughly. The birds seem to like them too, coming to feed from them.

It's fine as a feeder but unfortunately the very persistent squirrels in my garden got at it and chewed away some of the plastic so that they could get at the food. I need to patch up the gaps and try again.

Excellent feeder keeps food dry easy to empty the only down side is squirrels can bite the plastic would prefer if it could be updated with a cage arrangement to let in smaller birds but exclude squirrels then it would get a 5 star rating

Attracted birds right away! Pretty easy to open and holds a lot of seed. Bigger birds don't land on it but they do wait underneath it for seed to spill!

Starlings haven't mastered this, though one young parakeet has...! Goldfinches and bluetits have been using it but it's not particularly popular yet (has only been out for 3 days).

Only one of the four feeders yet to receive visitors. Not the fault of the product. Perhaps when we finish alterations to garden with a few plants to provide cover, we shall see more birds.

It was a birthday present. The recipient was very very pleased with it. And approved the idea of feeding only little birds. I would love a tray - perhaps- so expensive seed isn’t flicked out to large numbers of waiting pheasants ?
