Orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched via DHL on a no signature delivery service; simply advise us where to leave your bags. We don't deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Some orders less than 1kg in weight will come by Royal Mail.
Orders for Live Mealworms are sent directly from our supplier via Royal Mail. They are dispatched the same day if orders are received by 12pm Mon-Thurs; no orders are dispatched on a Friday. Please allow four working days for orders to arrive.
If you have not received your order within seven working days please contact us on 01775 630208.
We now deliver to all of mainland UK with no extra delivery charge. Please note that some postcode areas that are classed as Scottish Islands and Highlands may take 2-3 working days to arrive. For deliveries outside of these areas a £10 charge will be applied. Postcode areas affected include HS, IV41 – IV49, IV51, IV55 and IV56, KA27 and KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH42 to PH44, ZE, Isle of Man
We are unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands.

Really good feeder. The Robins and ground birds love it. I've bought loads of things from Vine House Farm. Bird bath, bird feeder pole, ground bird feeder and loads of bird food and premium fat balls. My little garden birds love everything

This was a gift for my daughter and family, who wanted to attract birds to their small garden for my grandson who is 8 and very interested. They had only ever had starlings and they were very messy. This year for the first time they have gone elsewhere and blackbirds have made an appearance. The feeder is an excellent size, good shape and weighty enough to stay in situ .. they are thrilled with the interest it has had already.

This was accepted by the birds in my garden within minutes underneath a cage to prevent larger birds from hogging the food. so pleased with it and will probably order another when my current old feeder finally gives up the ghost.

Birds have hesitated to accept it. I put some raisins and dried mealworms - among the seeds - on the tray to tempt them and this is working. The mesh tray is helpful during this rainy time and is easy to clean. Your pictu

having always used wooden ones which have now rotted after many years. I decided to try metal one with removal trays. so much easier to clean and I am very pleased with them. again quality and service good. delivery quick and efficient.

The metal feeder is smaller than the square wooden ground feeders but I hope will last longer in British weather as the wood disintegrates! However packaging is on the poor side as two of the five feet were bent which I reported to the company who sold it. Otherwise this is a good product and the birds used it straightaway!

Small mesh sized one was great - birds hopped in/out happily. Sadly the big mesh one was accessible to the squirrels so can't encourage the blackbirds
