FREE DeliveryOrders received by 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched via DHL on a no signature delivery service; simply advise us where to leave your bags. We don't deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Some orders less than 1kg in weight will come by Royal Mail.
Orders for Live Mealworms are sent directly from our supplier via Royal Mail. They are dispatched the same day if orders are received by 12pm Mon-Thurs; no orders are dispatched on a Friday. Please allow four working days for orders to arrive.
If you have not received your order within seven working days please contact us on 01775 630208.
We now deliver to all of mainland UK with no extra delivery charge. Please note that some postcode areas that are classed as Scottish Islands and Highlands may take 2-3 working days to arrive. For deliveries outside of these areas a £10 charge will be applied. Postcode areas affected include HS, IV41 – IV49, IV51, IV55 and IV56, KA27 and KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH42 to PH44, ZE, Isle of Man
We are unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands.

Was a little sceptical but, we've not had any pigeons fly into the window since they were put up. An attractive design and not intrusive to the whole window.

Our leaf alerts are a great addition to our garden windows- much less visible than the black silhouettes you can get. No birds have hit the windows since applying them so they must be working.

My previous butterflies have disintegrated (after several years), so I treated myself to some new ones. They do serve their purpose by helping to stop the little birds flying into the glass. Well worth the money.

It’s still early days but we haven’t had any bird strikes to our windows since we put these on, hopefully they have done the trick

They look fine and were easy to attach to the windows. They have only been up a week or two——no birds hitting the windows in that time but ask me again in 6 months or so for a meaningful assessment.

Item arrived the day after I ordered it, no excessive packaging. Good product, no more bird collisions since I have placed these in the windows. They are not as transparent as the description states (I ordered the butterflies), but they are certainly not unpleasant to look at and do not obstruct the view. They're quite lovely, I just hope they stay fixed to the windows after the window washer does his best!

I have ordered from Vine House Farm a few times now, I go back to it time and again because the website is clear and easy to navigate. The choice varied and information given on each product. I usually receive the bird seed the day after ordering and the seeds are excellent quality, the birds are happy.

I've found a couple of dead birds that have flown into our glass ballustrades on our patio in the past. I've now stuck Window Alerts on the panels. Despite the description they are, in fact, quite visible to human eyes as well but they are not unsightly. Either way, if it stops the birds killing themselve it is a good investment.

I am not sure yet how effective these will be as the worst time for window strike is just after fledging, but these stickers are easy to put on & look so much better than the black silhouette ones.

I am pleased to have found a product which will save some birds lives. I have experienced several birds crashing into our kitchen birds - pigeons and collared doves. Sadly they all died- good to know that hopefully these will alerts will work and save lives. My window alerts are now in place and really do not look out of place.
