Delivery
Orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched via DHL on a no signature delivery service; simply advise us where to leave your bags. We don't deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Some orders less than 1kg in weight will come by Royal Mail.
Orders for Live Mealworms are sent directly from our supplier via Royal Mail. They are dispatched the same day if orders are received by 12pm Mon-Thurs; no orders are dispatched on a Friday. Please allow four working days for orders to arrive.
If you have not received your order within seven working days please contact us on 01775 630208.
We now deliver to all of mainland UK with no extra delivery charge. Please note that some postcode areas that are classed as Scottish Islands and Highlands may take 2-3 working days to arrive. For deliveries outside of these areas a £10 charge will be applied. Postcode areas affected include HS, IV41 – IV49, IV51, IV55 and IV56, KA27 and KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH42 to PH44, ZE, Isle of Man
We are unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands.

Birds took a while to get used to it, maybe because we fitted our only seed catching tray to it. Otherwise does what it says on the tin, very happy.

The birds love it and the amount of seed in the feeder quickly goes down. I have attached screw hooks and hung another feeder. I am now hanging from a four arm pole and I find with this type of operation We have more birds around . Thank you for your selection

I bought 2 of these feeders because they are so simple to dismantle to clean. However, as previous experience shows, the plastic tubes are relatively flimsy and crack easily, especially around the lower holes, which are too close to the bottom edge. It would mean a huge saving of plastic if it were possible to buy replacement tubes independently of all the other plastic pieces (the perches, base, and top). Please, wonderful Vine House Farm, pass on this suggestion to the makers.

There was difficulty obtaining supplies for a time, and the team at Vine House Farm contacted me to apologise, and offered to cancel my order. I was later contacted again, to say that the order was due to be filled, and again apologising for the delay. I have the highest praise for the Customer Relations team at Vine House Farm, and I look forward to placing further orders with them.

Good because they are so easy to clean - only problem is the slight variety in styles - some are better than others and it's not clear whether the bottom of the feeder twists off (best) or you have to fiddle the pin holding it together from above(worst)

A very simple feeder to take apart and clean. Pull the pin and all parts separate for a thorough clean. Ring pull perch rings fit for easier feeding. Plastic parts and base. Suitable for a range of bird seeds. Comes with a 2 year warranty.
