Orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched via DHL on a no signature delivery service; simply advise us where to leave your bags. We don't deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Some orders less than 1kg in weight will come by Royal Mail.
Orders for Live Mealworms are sent directly from our supplier via Royal Mail. They are dispatched the same day if orders are received by 12pm Mon-Thurs; no orders are dispatched on a Friday. Please allow four working days for orders to arrive.
If you have not received your order within seven working days please contact us on 01775 630208.
We now deliver to all of mainland UK with no extra delivery charge. Please note that some postcode areas that are classed as Scottish Islands and Highlands may take 2-3 working days to arrive. For deliveries outside of these areas a £10 charge will be applied. Postcode areas affected include HS, IV41 – IV49, IV51, IV55 and IV56, KA27 and KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH42 to PH44, ZE, Isle of Man
We are unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands.

Looks good. Sturdy and a good size. Have yet to use it as plagued by squirrels and crows. Have ordered the guardian.

Birds took a while to get used to it, maybe because we fitted our only seed catching tray to it. Otherwise does what it says on the tin, very happy.

The birds love it and the amount of seed in the feeder quickly goes down. I have attached screw hooks and hung another feeder. I am now hanging from a four arm pole and I find with this type of operation We have more birds around . Thank you for your selection

I bought 2 of these feeders because they are so simple to dismantle to clean. However, as previous experience shows, the plastic tubes are relatively flimsy and crack easily, especially around the lower holes, which are too close to the bottom edge. It would mean a huge saving of plastic if it were possible to buy replacement tubes independently of all the other plastic pieces (the perches, base, and top). Please, wonderful Vine House Farm, pass on this suggestion to the makers.

The feeders are very effective is use, and I'm most pleased with them. There was difficulty obtaining supplies for a time, and the team at Vine House Farm contacted me to apologise, and offered to cancel my order. I was later contacted again, to say that the order was due to be filled, and again apologising for the delay. I have the highest praise for the Customer Relations team at Vine House Farm, and I look forward to placing further orders with them.

Good because they are so easy to clean - only problem is the slight variety in styles - some are better than others and it's not clear whether the bottom of the feeder twists off (best) or you have to fiddle the pin holding it together from above(worst)

We ordered this for someone else, to be delivered to their address. Vine House Farm have not notified us that it has arrived, and I feel embarrassed to contact the person it was intended for, as I do not know them. We are left unsure if the feeder arrived or not.

I already had a metal ring pull metal feeder 6 port and decided to buy a plastic one to use while cleaning the metal one. this feeders come apart to clean which makes it so much easier to clean thoroughly, buy a spare to use while washing and allowing drying time means the birds continue to be feed. service good and quality of produce and items is good.

These feeders are easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning. The literature warns that birds can take days or even weeks to accept new feeders but our birds took to them instantly. the only slight reservation I have is the durability of the clear plastic tubes themselves. Only time will tell!

Fantastic easy to unscrew to get old food or wet food out. Much better then standard feeder. Doesn't flap about as much in wind as sturdy hanging handle. However birds and squires chew the food perches. So thinking of getting the metal screw ones. Reccomend to try this product.

This ring pull feeder really does what it “says on the tin”! No more screw drivers or trying to get the nuts in the right place. I just hope the main clear plastic tube lasts well

Really pleased with this feeder as it is much easier to clean because you can remove the bottom part of the feeder. Previous feeders split because you could only clean from the top. More importantly the birds love it!

A very simple feeder to take apart and clean. Pull the pin and all parts separate for a thorough clean. Ring pull perch rings fit for easier feeding. Plastic parts and base. Suitable for a range of bird seeds. Comes with a 2 year warranty.
