Our Farm Shop & Café in Lincolnshire
We are passionate about British and locally sourced food, so we work hard to bring our customers as much Lincolnshire produce as we can. We also sell a lovely array of typical farm shop produce. Our complete range of wild bird food and feeding accessories are also available in our farm shop. We have recently opened our newly built Farm Shop that also includes a 70 seater Cafe, with a further 30 seats outside on the deck, overlooking our wildlife pond and garden. Our new website will soon be live and the Farm Shop and Café can be contacted on 01775 630244
Where to find our farm shop
Vine House Farm is in the village of Deeping St Nicholas, near Spalding, in Lincolnshire. We are open seven days a week, 8am – 5pm Mon – Sat & 9am – 4pm Sun

At Vine House Farm we sell our home-grown organic produce directly from our farm in our Farm Shop. We also offer a wide range of locally sourced products including our own free range eggs, dairy, meat and poultry, homemade cakes and chutneys, pies and frozen foods.
If you wish to confirm produce is in the shop, please call 01775 630208 on the day, and we will be pleased to check for you.

Alongside our people food, we also sell our complete range of bird food and bird feeding accessories that you will find on our website, plus a few special offers too. We also have live mealworms available for purchase.
If you have any queries about what to feed to your garden visitors, we are always happy to advise.

Vine House Farm is a traditional arable farm; we grow a wide variety of crops including wheat and sugar beet. One of our main commercial crops is potatoes and each year we grow, harvest and grade them to be sent off to companies such as McCain and Morrisons. We also sell these potatoes in the Farm Shop (in smaller quantities!) and our 25kg sacks are great value.
What we don’t grow ourselves we try to source as locally as possible – Lincolnshire is, after all, THE veg growing county! Seasonal veg boxes are made to order all year round and are especially popular over the festive season, with many customers collecting all the ingredients for their Christmas dinner (including their free range Cockerel or Turkey) on Christmas Eve.

Hear at Vine House Farm we believe fresh if best, that is why we decided to invest in our own chickens to supply the Farm Shop with delicious fresh eggs every day.
The Legbar and Burford Brown chickens live at Tallington with Nicholas’ eldest daughter and her family. The popularity of the eggs has soared and now we keep around 25,000 chickens, all free range of course, and supply many local cafes, farm shops and garden centres, as well as the renowned wedding cake bakery business ‘Couture Cakes’ run by Nicholas’ youngest daughter.
Our happy free range hens lay delicious eggs and our XXL (double yolker) eggs are extremely popular.

The Vine House Farm kitchen is always a hive of activity, baking cakes, scones and other goodies for the farm shop.
We have fresh bread delivered daily from Pacey’s Bakery in Spalding at the weekend. Of course, being in Lincolnshire, we couldn’t do without the Lincolnshire Plum Bread which is perfect with a cup of tea and traditionally served with a slice of cheese – an odd combination, but tastes delicious!

As well as our extensive range of fresh produce, we love to source a fantastic variety of jams, chutneys and baking ingredients, as well as many more delicious goodies. We also love the delicious flavours of the local preserves supplied by Saints and Sinners, and some of the honey we sell even comes from bees that have been living in our own sunflower fields.

Lincolnshire has some fantastic cheese producers and we stock the favourites from Lincolnshire Poacher and Cote Hill, as well as a selection of other British cheeses.
The yoghurts from Manor Farm Dairy, Meltom Mowbray, have quite a following, as does the ‘proper’ ice cream from Thaymar Ice Cream Parlour.

In the Farm Shop, we have four freezers full of delicious produce. Our main supplier of frozen food is Fieldfare, based in Kent. We stock a range of their frozen fruit mixes, fish cakes and bakery products which have to be left over night to prove.
Another very popular product is Brocklebys frozen meat pies of which we have a large variety, including wild beaver pie, reindeer pie and various fruit pies for dessert. For those with more agricultural tastes we also stock our own rabbit, pigeon and pheasant shot, cleaned, processed and frozen right here at Vine House Farm.
We also stock a range of ice creams for those lovely hot days in summer, or for when you just fancy a treat in the colder months, sourced from the Thaymar Ice cream Parlour in Retford, Nottingham.
We provide the Smugglers Pudding Company produce such as delicious roulades and sumptuous cheesecakes, just defrost and enjoy.

Lincolnshire is one of the UK’s finest farming counties and we are lucky to be able to source locally grown herb, vegetable and wild flower plants, as well as cut flowers thoroughout the year – who needs flowers flown across the world when we have such a gorgeous array right here on our doorstep?
