Orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched via DHL on a no signature delivery service; simply advise us where to leave your bags. We don't deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Some orders less than 1kg in weight will come by Royal Mail.
Orders for Live Mealworms are sent directly from our supplier via Royal Mail. They are dispatched the same day if orders are received by 12pm Mon-Thurs; no orders are dispatched on a Friday. Please allow four working days for orders to arrive.
If you have not received your order within seven working days please contact us on 01775 630208.
We now deliver to all of mainland UK with no extra delivery charge. Please note that some postcode areas that are classed as Scottish Islands and Highlands may take 2-3 working days to arrive. For deliveries outside of these areas a £10 charge will be applied. Postcode areas affected include HS, IV41 – IV49, IV51, IV55 and IV56, KA27 and KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH42 to PH44, ZE, Isle of Man
We are unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands.

Very sturdy - sturdy enough to keep the squirrels out, they usually manage to knaw their way through the structure. Plenty of room for the little birds to hold on and access the foo.

I'm very happy with the feeder ring I ordered from Vine House Farm. It arrived very quickly and the birds love. It holds 6 fat balls and is very easy to fill.

The feeder ring was nice and strong and as soon as I filled it with fat balls and hung it on one of the arms of my bird feeder, well out of the reach of squirrels, birds started coming to it - jackdaws, bluetits, robin etc. I was so pleased. But the next morning when we looked out of the window the whole feeder, with nd two seed feeders was flat on the ground, bird seed spilled out and no sign of the suet ball feeder at all. It had entirely vanished! Alas! We can only suppose that a clever fox had jumped up, pulled the whole lot over and jumped the garden fence with suet balls in their ring in its mouth. Now I have nowhere safe to hang one.

I think it would be better if it was a larger ring - ie had a larger diameter so large birds can use it more easily ~ but a good quality item

great its very easy to put fat balls in as i have one in front garden and one in back garden birds seem to get on it easy to get to fat balls

well, i havent tried tgem but the birds certainly like them. im surprised they can take iff after the amount they have eaten!!they also like the seeds . happy birds who are a real pleasure to watch
