Orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched via DHL on a no signature delivery service; simply advise us where to leave your bags. We don't deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Some orders less than 1kg in weight will come by Royal Mail.
Orders for Live Mealworms are sent directly from our supplier via Royal Mail. They are dispatched the same day if orders are received by 12pm Mon-Thurs; no orders are dispatched on a Friday. Please allow four working days for orders to arrive.
If you have not received your order within seven working days please contact us on 01775 630208.
We now deliver to all of mainland UK with no extra delivery charge. Please note that some postcode areas that are classed as Scottish Islands and Highlands may take 2-3 working days to arrive. For deliveries outside of these areas a £10 charge will be applied. Postcode areas affected include HS, IV41 – IV49, IV51, IV55 and IV56, KA27 and KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH42 to PH44, ZE, Isle of Man
We are unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands.

I bought this to replace an old and difficult to clean feeder. So far none of my regular visitors have used the feeder to my knowledge. However I can see that it will be easier to clean than the old one. The item was as advertised and received quickly and safely. Thank you.

Lovely feeder easy to use and I don't have to refill as often as the previous one I used. The birds are constantly on it.

Have only just put them up so birds still getting used to them but they are showing interest. Easy to get into and the perches detach easily for cleaning.

Hmm. They're good, both the feeders and Vine House, even if the feeders are a vibrant colour the birds who use them don't seem to care. No whinges here!

They're big! I ordered, and got, the 2 port version. (Wish I'd ordered the 4 port version. Still, there's next time I order something from Vine House!) Holds more seeds than the pigeons can deal with!

Seems well made, good rounded perch for little feet, nice aqua colour, takes apart well, only had this for a short few weeks but the birds seem to like it thus far.

New purchase of mixed bags of seeds. Delivery was quick and well packaged. Plenty of different types of seeds for the different birds that come into my garden. Have watched the birds enjoying their food. Very pleased.

Excellent feeder. so easy to take apart and clean no screwdrivers or Allen keys needed. Costs a little more but well worth it. I've bought numerous feeders in the past, none were this easy to take apart and clean. You usually need an Allen key or screwdriver, would recommend. Great speedy service and delivery too.

This feeder proved instantly popular and with its easily removed lid it is easy to refill. It feels sturdy when handled, in fact so far totally satisfactory.
