Orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched via DHL on a no signature delivery service; simply advise us where to leave your bags. We don't deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Some orders less than 1kg in weight will come by Royal Mail.
Orders for Live Mealworms are sent directly from our supplier via Royal Mail. They are dispatched the same day if orders are received by 12pm Mon-Thurs; no orders are dispatched on a Friday. Please allow four working days for orders to arrive.

We now deliver to all of mainland UK with no extra delivery charge. Please note that some postcode areas that are classed as Scottish Islands and Highlands may take 2-3 working days to arrive. For deliveries outside of these areas a £10 charge will be applied. It was a Christmas (2022) present for my daughter who has just moved into a house with a garden in London. As yet no bird visitors to the feeder, fingers crossed some do appear. It looks aesthetically pleasing hanging in the tree though and the squirrels are definitely interested but can't get in.

Works really well to control the bigger birds, starlings can reach in, but not get in - so they can't decimate the suet balls like they usually do.

A strong, well-made feeder, this is easy to use and effective. Just ensure the contents lie against the inner mesh, and the birds will love it.

This is a very solid piece of kit which has allowed lots of tits to access the suet but kept off the jackdaws and squirrel hoards. Just make sure you have a substantial post/wall to secure it to!

Hesitated as more than would usually spend but pigeons and squirrels have become a nuisance. LOVE this feeder. Greater Spotted Woodpecker and other larger birds can reach fatballs from outside but pigeons and squirrels outwitted.

We already had the smaller version of this feeder, and it was very popular with the tits and nuthatches. Excellent build quality, and certainly keeps the squirrels out.

Although this feeder is heavy, it is hanging on the washing line and so far has defeated the squirrels and starlings! The sparrows are very happy to feed from it. It took them a little while to get used to it so I pushed a stick through the middle and this helped them a lot. An excellent buy!

Well made, attractive. We bought it to stop parakeets, but they have figured they can hang underneath to get at the suet. Solved by inserting small ramakin

Works for its intended purpose which was to slow down the Starlings and give the other birds a chance. The Starlings can still get some fatball but in small pieces. All the Tit family are happy with it and the sparrows are learning! Slightly fiddly hanging mechanism for our tall feeder pole hooks.

This is a great fatball feeder - sturdy and squirrel and crow/magpie resistant. Have tried several other types but this is by far the best.

Bigger than I expected. Very well made. I can fit two suet logs in it also bought from Vine House Farm. A good strong catch on the lid. Took the birds a day to get used to it being on the feeding station but the following day a Blue Tit became very brave and showed the others it was safe to enter. It sure has perplexed the squirrels (I feed them too but this gives the little birds more chance of getting plenty). Also stops the pigeons doves and starlings being greedy. I would buy another !
