Delivery
Orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched via DHL on a no signature delivery service; simply advise us where to leave your bags. We don't deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Some orders less than 1kg in weight will come by Royal Mail.
Orders for Live Mealworms are sent directly from our supplier via Royal Mail. They are dispatched the same day if orders are received by 12pm Mon-Thurs; no orders are dispatched on a Friday. Please allow four working days for orders to arrive.
If you have not received your order within seven working days please contact us on 01775 630208.
We now deliver to all of mainland UK with no extra delivery charge. Please note that some postcode areas that are classed as Scottish Islands and Highlands may take 2-3 working days to arrive. For deliveries outside of these areas a £10 charge will be applied. Postcode areas affected include HS, IV41 – IV49, IV51, IV55 and IV56, KA27 and KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH42 to PH44, ZE, Isle of Man

Arrived very quickly after placing the order. The birds seem to like it, although it's proving more popular with the great tits and blue tits than the goldfinches at the moment. Hoping it will tempt in some of the other finches in the area but that will take some time.

I'm having trouble pleasing the birds in my garden. I have mostly sparrows, dunnocks and the odd blackbird and one robin. A lot of the food is left and I am at a loss as to what they will eat. They like suet pellets but I find these too expensive to give every day. The quality of your birdseed is superb.

Initially I was a bit grumpy that the great tits and blue tits discarding the smaller seeds, but now the finches have found us all the birds are loving it. We have lots of goldfinch and chaffinch feeding on the ground, plus the usual blue tits, great tits, cole tits on the feeder. Robin and dunock also like it. And wood pigeons clear up the rest.

Very satisfied with my purchase. I only wish the bigger birds would stay away from my feeders - I like to feed the smaller birds especially gold finches but they don't get a chance! The food is obviously much to the liking of the greedy bigger birds! Many thanks!

Gold, green and chaff finches certainly are attracted to the Finch Mix and consume it voraciously; as do sparrows and tits (the latter less so as insects become available); pigeons and squirrels also hover up "waste" seed. They do waste a lot, seeming to feed selectively - throwing alot of seed onto the ground. If you don't like a heap of sunflower shells, the husk-free version is good but expensive alternative. Overall, feeding birds this way is costly; we believe they don't need it after the winter and we stop feeding on the arrival of warm spring weather.

I buy this finch mix thinking the small bird's would only want this feed but dove's, pigeons starlings and find the squirrel upside down on the feeder enjoying it as well must be the black sunflower seeds, so I do feed on bird table, Good quality everyone loves it, I do get through it quite quickly, A really great mix,

This mix is enjoyed by all the finches (except Hawfinch which is a bit rare!). We are sometimes advised to use small niger seeds to attract Goldfinches, but they are very happy with this mix. Always good prompt delivery and use of strong sacks with no breakage.
