Our Mixed Seed is a great way to feed a range of garden birds. 95% of the seeds in this mixed wild bird seed are grown here at Vine House Farm. The mix is made up of black sunflowers, wheat, red millet, white millet, canary seed, naked oats, pinhead oats, kibbled maize and oilseed rape.

Delivery
Orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched via DHL on a no signature delivery service; simply advise us where to leave your bags. We don't deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Some orders less than 1kg in weight will come by Royal Mail.
Orders for Live Mealworms are sent directly from our supplier via Royal Mail. They are dispatched the same day if orders are received by 12pm Mon-Thurs; no orders are dispatched on a Friday. Please allow four working days for orders to arrive.
If you have not received your order within seven working days please contact us on 01775 630208.
We now deliver to all of mainland UK with no extra delivery charge. Please note that some postcode areas that are classed as Scottish Islands and Highlands may take 2-3 working days to arrive. For deliveries outside of these areas a £10 charge will be applied. Postcode areas affected include HS, IV41 – IV49, IV51, IV55 and IV56, KA27 and KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH42 to PH44, ZE, Isle of Man
We are unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands.

Our birds love it. The greenfinches and tits drop the seed they don't particularly want on the ground, where they're snapped up by all the ground feeders, so everybody benefits.

Good value, no wheat fillers, lots of black sunflower seeds. The birds fall on it. I add a few broken peanuts to the mix. Delivery quick, nice bag, larger size than others.

I have always found the seed to be excellent quality, and next day delivery very convenient, but recently one of the two bags i always order has been taped up as it has obviously burst open at some point in transit and on one occasion the seed was still escaping from the bag, this has been happening for some time now, this is not a complaint, but just to let you know that there seems to be a problem with the packaging or handling.

The seed is great but the last two deliveries by DHL have been poor often being delayed at the delivery depot for several days and no update from DHL. The last time I ordered a delivery for my mother. Vine House farm dispatched immediately, DHL sent messages for a Tuesday delivery and eventually delivered on Thursday and I had to get a neighbour to collect as my mother had gone away on holiday on the Thursday.
