Orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched via DHL on a no signature delivery service; simply advise us where to leave your bags. We don't deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Some orders less than 1kg in weight will come by Royal Mail.
Orders for Live Mealworms are sent directly from our supplier via Royal Mail. They are dispatched the same day if orders are received by 12pm Mon-Thurs; no orders are dispatched on a Friday. Please allow four working days for orders to arrive.
If you have not received your order within seven working days please contact us on 01775 630208.
We now deliver to all of mainland UK with no extra delivery charge. Please note that some postcode areas that are classed as Scottish Islands and Highlands may take 2-3 working days to arrive. For deliveries outside of these areas a £10 charge will be applied. Postcode areas affected include HS, IV41 – IV49, IV51, IV55 and IV56, KA27 and KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH42 to PH44, ZE, Isle of Man
We are unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands.

I feed sparrows, dunnocks, blackbirds, starlings, collared doves and one robin. I bought the mixed bird seed in order to find out what seed the birds preferred. I have had to throw out sunflower hearts and wheat as the birds won't eat this. I think I shall be buying the finch mix in the future.

We wanted seed the birds would actually enjoy instead of just chucking it on the ground. So pleased I found Vine House Farm, the birds love all of the seed from the Mixed bird seed sampler, and am getting more blue, great and coal tits, and now attracting goldfinch and nuthatches.

Love the range of feeds. The birds seem to be very happy (the goldfinches are now ignoring the nyger seeds I had put out before. They prefer the finch mix!) Is there an alternative to plastic bags to hold the seeds? I love the fact that the outer bag is paper.

I decided to mix it all together and start to feed my little birds, unfortunately I’ve got a cat who likes to sit in wait and I have to keep scaring him/her off and then of course the pigeons love the bird seed so I can’t win but all in all it’s great

V prompt delivery of great selection of seeds. We are enjoying trying the different mixes to see what our local birds prefer. So far the finches have ignored the niger seeds....and when they are flicked onto the floor the sparrows, blackbirds, starlings & pigeons still ignore them.

Very pleased with the bird seed as always. Not pleased with the delivery. Got confirmation that the parcel had been delivered to my address at a specific time. It hadn't and when I tracked the delivery, it said it was delivered to my neighbour. It wasn't. A few hours later I got a knock on the door from someone at the end of my street with the parcel. I am really disappointed as this is the second time this has happened. The name of my house is easy to see so there is no excuse for this happening. It has put me off buying from this company.

I was very happy with the mixed variety of seeds supplied. Just one complaint they will not eat the black Niger seeds. Probably have the wrong birds. A very good idea just gives an idea of exactly what the garden birds in our area will eat.A next day delivery is brilliant, would recommend it.

To be honest, having bought bird seed for a couple of years from local budget shops (full of dust and generally crap); the stuff I got from Vine House is exceptional! And at less then £5 per bag (or £2.30 per kg) for the mixed sampler pack, great value for high-quality food - really really impressed. Easy to order, delivered quickly and bonuses are a donation to the Wildlife Trustand grain which is grown here in the UK, less miles. Can't wait to watch what the birds think
