  Delighted with the feeder. It took all of two seconds for the bluetits to actually smother it and all sorts of small birds love to sit inside in comfort and eat in peace ever since. What is more the squirrel seems to have given up trying along with the crows!! Worth every penny.

  Looks squirrel proof though not sure whether it will be re young squirrels. It was purchased as a present for friend and so await confirmation of its effectiveness. Attractive shape and yet looks easy to fill and clean.

  It's taken a while for the birds (just bluetits and blackcaps) to adapt to the feeder (about three weeks) but they've now sussed it. Sparrows, robins et al can't do it - but then they struggled with the conentional feeder too.Squirrel gave up quickly.
