Orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched via DHL on a no signature delivery service; simply advise us where to leave your bags. We don't deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Some orders less than 1kg in weight will come by Royal Mail.
Orders for Live Mealworms are sent directly from our supplier via Royal Mail. They are dispatched the same day if orders are received by 12pm Mon-Thurs; no orders are dispatched on a Friday. Please allow four working days for orders to arrive.
If you have not received your order within seven working days please contact us on 01775 630208.
We now deliver to all of mainland UK with no extra delivery charge. Please note that some postcode areas that are classed as Scottish Islands and Highlands may take 2-3 working days to arrive. For deliveries outside of these areas a £10 charge will be applied. Postcode areas affected include HS, IV41 – IV49, IV51, IV55 and IV56, KA27 and KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH42 to PH44, ZE, Isle of Man
We are unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands.

No problem at all with the suet pellets, or the mixed bird food we bought a couple of weeks earlier. The problem was with the courier who wouldn't drive up the hill to our property and left both the 12k bag of bird food and the suet pellets at the bottom of the hill, on top of a pile of old stones and bricks, about 200 yards away. The first courier posted a photo of the delivery site so, after some searching about in the rain, we managed to locate it. The second courier just left a message saying the parcel had been delivered and signed for ( which it obviously hadn't! ) and it was only because we knew where the first delivery had been left that we had any idea at all where it was.

please be aware that I tried to buy some suet pellets from your website, I say tried because I have found for some time that it is very frustrating to make a purchase using your website sales set up. I would like to support your site but have found it difficult. I cannot find my way around the payment details and ended up cancelling the purchase. I guess its me like a lot of older people not understanding all this newfangled technology, regards Tom Stone.

The birds love these, I can hardly keep the feeder filled even when mixed with sunflower hearts. The suet pellets are the first choice of all the birds.

Great for the starlings. They clear a whole feeder in minutes. I have to ration them. A few sprinkles in the caged ground feeder and the blackbirds, robins and sparrows and others are happy.

I mix these with the seed I put out. It was amusing to see a robin digging in the bottom and coming out with a pellet, consuming it and going back for more.

I feed these throughout the year. They are loved by all species and never seem last long once I've put them out. I have starlings, blackbirds, jackdaws and magpies feeding them to young during the breeding season and can't say how good its is to be able to buy them in bulk.
