Orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched via DHL on a no signature delivery service; simply advise us where to leave your bags. We don't deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Some orders less than 1kg in weight will come by Royal Mail.
Orders for Live Mealworms are sent directly from our supplier via Royal Mail. They are dispatched the same day if orders are received by 12pm Mon-Thurs; no orders are dispatched on a Friday. Please allow four working days for orders to arrive.
If you have not received your order within seven working days please contact us on 01775 630208.
We now deliver to all of mainland UK with no extra delivery charge. Please note that some postcode areas that are classed as Scottish Islands and Highlands may take 2-3 working days to arrive. For deliveries outside of these areas a £10 charge will be applied. Postcode areas affected include HS, IV41 – IV49, IV51, IV55 and IV56, KA27 and KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH42 to PH44, ZE, Isle of Man

Superb feeder - easy to clean and really does keep out squirrels. I have tried many supposedly squirrel proof bird feeders and this is the best I have come across.

I think it will be very good when the birds realise it is there....they have been frightened away by three squirrels who seem to think they own our garden and also one cat which has moved in with new neighbours just around the corner. We have never seen our garden so empty of birds as we used to have a huge variety. All gone since the squirrels obviously started nesting close by. Fingers crossed that they will come flocking back this autumn and winter.

The small birds found their way to this seed feeder as soon as I put it up. The rooks came to see if they could get their marauding beaks and bodies on it, but no they flew off defeated. That should also prevent the widescale distribution of seeds to the pigeons on the ground. Easy to fill up this seed tube.

Love this feeder but prefer the original which is a bit larger and slightly differently made. However I think they are brilliant and made to last and look nice too.

Positive. It certainly keeps the squirrels out. The tits gradually found their way in, but the nuthatch didn't. It is robust and looks as though it will last. a big plus point: it is easy to clean negative: it is fiddly to open and close. You have to press the flat-headed screw at the bottom while undoing the top. Could this be made easier to hold firm? Otherwise the central rod falls out. You have to then screw the top on exactly right: too loose and it falls off, too tight and you can't reopen it.

This feeder is very popular with small birds, but the six port yellow Niger feeder purchased at the same time is not successful. No Goldfinches will not anywhere go near it !

Arrived as per delivery date and so far has baffled the squirrels! The blue tits took about 3 days to get used to it robins a little longer, I'm pleased with it.

Seems to have kept the squirrels out of the seed. Birds taking a time - 1 week - to find their way into a new feeder. Blue tits first. Pleased with the sturdy metal frame etc but have to be careful to screw the top on fully after refilling otherwise it just falls off after a little while.

Even squirrels can't penetrate these feeders. But i was disappointed to find that I had to buy hooks to hand them up. Why aren't hooks provided?

Delighted with my purchase, as usual arrived when it said it would etc It’s filled with rape seed which I’m assured the finches love, however it is sited close to the sunflower seed feeders which are in use from dawn till dusk and the lantern is well and truly ignored! Am working on the problem

I'm very pleased with the seed feeder. The squirrel is less impressed, but more importantly the starlings are absolutely frustrated, which is what I hoped for. They had been taking mealworms by the bucketful. Now they have had to switch to the suet blocks.

Our squirrels quickly learned to spin feeder to undo screw. Would be better if it had a raised head at bottom of screw in order to get a grip on it!

Attractive, robust, and very importantly, squirrel proof. Took a day or two for the small birds to get the hang of it, but they now choose it in preference to our other (non squirrel proof) feeder.

I am always happy with the bird seed and feeders from Vine House Farm, I have not had the feeder long so cannot yet say how squirrel proof it is but it seems very sturdy and easy to clean, delivery was very prompt and efficient. It is also an attractive design - so all in all very pleased with it.

Sturdy feeder with excellent rain cover so the food doesn't go soggy. The lid is robust and easy to remove. The hanging mechanism is also very secure. The second feeder I have bought of this make and well worth the cost, as they last well. Prompt delivery too

Took birds about 2 hours to get into feeder,this feeder makes birds work for seed and prevents larger birds intruding. Great for small birds

Nice and sturdy, stable so only a small amount of seed gets spilt even in the recent gale force winds. The birds like it and rodents cannot reach the feeder and neither can squirrels. Does the job whilst still looking elegant.

Feeder is sturdy and deters the squirrels and wood pigeons. However it is taking some time for the smaller birds to use it.

A squirrel proof feeder which is easy to fill and take apart for cleaning. The lid screws down so clever as squirrels are, they shouldn't be able to get into it.
