Orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched via DHL on a no signature delivery service; simply advise us where to leave your bags. We don't deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Some orders less than 1kg in weight will come by Royal Mail.
Orders for Live Mealworms are sent directly from our supplier via Royal Mail. They are dispatched the same day if orders are received by 12pm Mon-Thurs; no orders are dispatched on a Friday. Please allow four working days for orders to arrive.
If you have not received your order within seven working days please contact us on 01775 630208.
We now deliver to all of mainland UK with no extra delivery charge. Please note that some postcode areas that are classed as Scottish Islands and Highlands may take 2-3 working days to arrive. For deliveries outside of these areas a £10 charge will be applied. Postcode areas affected include HS, IV41 – IV49, IV51, IV55 and IV56, KA27 and KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH42 to PH44, ZE, Isle of Man
We are unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands.

Ordered on line with won’t grow seed (does what it says), peanuts, mealworms, and the suet blocks. All came next day at NO CHARGE. Birds love all food that come from vine house and have no worries about recommending them to anyone.

The robin loves these blocks which i put in a low basket on the ground. The hanging blocks are not taken as quickly but i expect they will when the weather gets really wintery.

First time I have purchased these so been awaiting the verdict from the wildlife in the garden. So far the reaction has been very positive with an array of different birds flying backwards and forwards attacking the suet blocks that I am sure are not going to last long before having to be filled up again

I've ordered these before and have watched a variety of birds flocking to them. They are the most popular thing I put out. These are being kept on hand for a treat when the weather is bad and the extra nutritionis most valuable As ever, the delivery service was superb. How I wish others would follow Vine House Farm's lead on this.

These blocks seem to be popular with a wide variety of birds in my garden, everything from all the kinds of tits we usually see ( but especially long-tailed tits ) to woodpeckers and more. The blocks themselves are quite robust and do not disintegrate after the attention of large birds, so they can last quite a while if the larger birds can be discouraged.

Although I don't try them myself, therefore cannot evaluate the flavour, I have to say that our variety of rural garden birds seem to appreciate these the most. At times whilst travelling around I or my wife may buy others! She is very influenced by fancy packaging. The birds aren't, with the result that I have to frequently throw them away as they start to go mouldy. Consequently I return to these insect ones. A block only lasts a day or two even at this time of the year when there should be alternative food sources.
