Orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched via DHL on a no signature delivery service; simply advise us where to leave your bags. We don't deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Some orders less than 1kg in weight will come by Royal Mail.
Orders for Live Mealworms are sent directly from our supplier via Royal Mail. They are dispatched the same day if orders are received by 12pm Mon-Thurs; no orders are dispatched on a Friday. Please allow four working days for orders to arrive.
If you have not received your order within seven working days please contact us on 01775 630208.
We now deliver to all of mainland UK with no extra delivery charge. Please note that some postcode areas that are classed as Scottish Islands and Highlands may take 2-3 working days to arrive. For deliveries outside of these areas a £10 charge will be applied. Postcode areas affected include HS, IV41 – IV49, IV51, IV55 and IV56, KA27 and KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH42 to PH44, ZE, Isle of Man
We are unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands.

Having been a customer for some time now I would like to say that I have never been disappointed with the variety of bird feed I have purchased from you and your delivery times are exactly as you state. I am very lucky to get quite a variety of birds in my garden and if the birds are happy then so am I.

The blue tits love these suet blocks and so do the crows, so much so I bought one of the Vine Farm suet feeders which have successfully limited the crows accessing the suet.

These blocks seem to be popular with a wide variety of birds in my garden, everything from all the kinds of tits we usually see ( but especially long-tailed tits ) to woodpeckers and more. The blocks themselves are quite robust and do not disintegrate after the attention of large birds, so they can last quite a while if the larger birds can be discouraged.

Although I don't try them myself, therefore cannot evaluate the flavour, I have to say that our variety of rural garden birds seem to appreciate these the most. At times whilst travelling around I or my wife may buy others! She is very influenced by fancy packaging. The birds aren't, with the result that I have to frequently throw them away as they start to go mouldy. Consequently I return to these insect ones. A block only lasts a day or two even at this time of the year when there should be alternative food sources.

These are judged 5 star by my birds such that each block is lasting less than a day. Species include Great spotted woodpecker, various tits and hordes of tree sparrows. An important energy boost for my breeding birds with young to feed. Highly recommended.

Birds eat them quickly. No apparent waste. Loved by long tailed tits, blue tits, greater spotted woodpecker sparrows and starlings. Quite pricey but a block lasts a week approximately.
