Excellent and well packaged,no complaints

Birds like them. Only issue is the twine they hang on is abit short so only fits on small branches. Also the squirrel chews through it and runs off with the food but I suppose that's squirrels.

Loved by my birds, blue tits, great tits, longtailed tits, starlings and blackbirds.

The coconut halves are very goid each in its own wrapper to keep them fresh. They are very popular especially with the blue tits. I recommend these as an addition to other bird foods.

Very popular with birds and squirrels. Will have to attach wire to stop them being pinched by the latter!

A favourite with blue tits, sparrows and starlings

Always popular with lots of birds. At the moment because there are lots of chicks, I am having to put out a new coconut half every 2 days. Also when they are empty I give them to a friend with a wood burner as the make good fire lighters.

The starlings devour these.

A good product and usually ready to use - except for when the string to hang the coconut has been inserted upside down. The birds just love them

Brilliant, birds love them. Quick delivery.

The birds in my garden certainly like this brand and they go through them pretty quickly all year round. Its the starlings that eat them faster than the little birds, a whole coconut half in a day is not unknown. I suppose I am lucky to have starlings present all year as they seem to be getting rare in many places.

Blue tits seem to prefer them to fat balls

Didn't buy coconut halves ! But I can write a review on fat balls, sunflower seeds and suet blocks if you want !!
03/02/2024Annette Clarke
I hang these inside my cage that sits on top of my bird table, so only our local small birds have access to them. This means they can eat in safety and peace, away from the big birds - the pigeons and magpies. The sparrows, blue tits, great tits, coal tits, nut hatches, long-tailed tits and robbins love them. These coconut halves are good value for money, and I will keep buying them!

Much too tasty. The birds love them until Mr Squirrel bites through the string and takes them home. I'll forgive him. It's very cold out there.

The birds love them; most important! They come individually wrapped, which is great for storage (maybe not so great for the environment?). A bit dearer than supermarket coconut halves, but, probably more carefully sourced. A good buy.

The coconut halves are very good.

Like most suppliers of the suet filled coconut halves, these in recent months seem to have shrunk in size whilst the price has remained the same. A sign of the times. Nevertheless, it is a good quality product, the birds love them, particularly those with young to feed.

Perfect to attract and feed small birds. A happy healthy mix of fat and seeds to nourish them through the winter. Last a good time too.

Birds love them going down fast in this cold weather. Even the woodpeckers like them.

These are very popular with my avian visitors, although now I have to hang them inside a "guardian" or the Rose-ringed Parakeets will have

The smaller garden birds seem to love these, and the pigeons can't balance on them, perfect!

The winter starlings love the coconut halves.

Sometimes too short string makes it difficult to hang halves. Birds do love the coconut though.

the birds big and small luv em

Our birds seem to like them very much. Parent and fledgling starlings can demolish the filling of a half coconut in a morning, leaving the tits to scrape it clean.

These coconut halves are a favourite with all the birds that come into my garden. We have sparrows nesting nearby and are raising a second brood of chicks. They love the dried mealworms in the suet. The starlings have a feeding frenzy a couple of times a day and we even have a squirrel who comes for a nibble. These coconut halves are easy to hang from my feeding station and are usually empty within hours.

The birds just love these. Perfect for baby birds

Coconut halves were one of the first products of their kind to enter the market, well ahead of fat balls, blocks and pellets. Our coconut shells for birds are filled with calorie-rich suet and a combination of bird seeds that will attract a good number of different wild bird species.
Coconut halves will feed birds throughout the year. The high energy suet provides much-needed calories to keep the birds in your garden energised through cold Winter months, and can also be a helpful support in their search for food during the summer months.
Coconut shell bird feeders are fully biodegradable, meaning that once the birds have finished eating you can be confident that the coconut halves left behind can be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
